2022 International Bamboo Industry Fair to be held on December 8
 

2022 International Bamboo Industry Fairis expected to be held in Qingshen County, Meishan City, Sichuan Province from December 8 to 12, according to the press conference on December 1, 2022. It's hosted by China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Light Industrial Products and Arts-Crafts and China Bamboo Industry Association (CBIA), cooperated with International Bamboo and Rattan Organisation (INBAR) and International Centre for Bamboo and Rattan (ICBR), coordinated presented by Sichuan Forestry and Grassland Bureau and People's Government of Meishan City.

The exhibition hall is set in the bamboo and rattan industry park, including 13 displaying areas covering 13,000 square meters to present the bamboo building materials, bamboo papers, bamboo food, bamboo crafts and various bamboo products, as well as technological achievements, equipment, tourism related to bamboo industry. About 200 exhibitors at home and abroad and about 300 purchasing agent are expected to be invited.

As an important international event, the International Bamboo Industry Fairhas been held in Qingshen County, Meishan City for three years since 2018. Over 2000 agents from 66 countries and regions have been invited to participate in and 1.8 billion yuan of volume of business has been achieved. 2022 International Bamboo Industry Fair will serve as a platform of investment and trade, communication and cooperation, uphold the "replacing the plastic with bamboo" initiative, display the achievements of bamboo industry, and to promote the development of bamboo industry.
